About AutoDefend and its products? AutoDefend is a trading name for Mocden and augments the products,solutions and services provided by Mocden to its clients on a worldwide basis. The AutoSaver System electronic corrosion protection device works by creating a cathodic effect to slow down the natural corrosion process. Using an impressed current an invisible shield of electrons is sent throughout the metal of a customer’s vehicle. The AutoSaver System is smart enough to react to changes in the environment , by releasing more electrons as weather conditions become more threatening , such as winter driving through slush and salt. This protection automatically extends to places you never see or think about, for example today’s vehicles have an average of 3,000 - 5,000 spot wields. These are the places more likely to rust. The protection does not stay there and can be extended to a fully insured warranty. The AutoSaver System is patented under United States Patent #5,407,549 and the calibration certificates, traceable to the standards of the National Research Council, Canada (CNRA) and/or National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) of the United States are available upon request. AutoSaver’s Nano Automotive Appearance Products utilises nano technology which acts as an enhanced sealant forming a chemical bond with the many pits and crevices in the customer’s vehicle surface. The protective features of the Nano range of treatments extend from the exterior - providing coverage against bird droppings, sun exposure, insects, water spots, fading, chalking, loss of gloss, tree sap and acid rain to the Interior protecting fabric, leather and vinyl against normal spills and stains resulting from water, coffee, sodas, milk, everyday food products, lubricating olis, greasy products and baby oils, fading and discolouration to name a few.
