A Brief About Us
We have invested up to 200 million RMB to laboratory and testing equipment. With the hydrophobic angle detector, universal testing machine, flat vulcanizing testing machine, high and low temperature test chamber, UV weathering test box, high-pressure arc-resistant laboratory and a series of advanced testing equipment as well as through effective management and control, product quality has been effectively guaranteed. Based on the anti-fouling coating, through independent research, Ruisen has innovatively used the silicon fluoride copolymer technique and has invented the SRTV (self-cleaning RTV) as well as developed anti-blast splashing insulation coating, silicone rubber insulation products and a series of new products, which shoot the problem of fast loss of the hydrophobicity and surface cleaning and anti-contamination poor properties. Today, we have the patent of "high self-cleaning and anti-fouling coating formulation," "anti-blast splashing coating formulation” and three national invention patents, as well as "anti-moisture anti-stain insulator cover", "substation busbar joints insulation protection cover" and 13 utility model patents.
Our Infrastructural Base
Our infrastructure is based in Zhangping Industrial Park sprawling over an area of 30,000 square meters with a total investment of 30 million RMB. It includes different units such as research & development, production, sales and project construction. Our aim is to take advantage of the chemical specialty so as to research and develop products as per the market demands. Our production capacity is RTV 5tons/day. We have machines like bonders, three roll mill, oven, curing channel, rubber extruder and forklift.
