Our 2.5mm plank and tile products start with a strong foundation and build from there with eye perfect, realistic graphics, finishing with a UV cured wear layer that incorporates silver nano anti-microbial technology which is proven to prevent bacterial and fungal growth.

Structure:

1) Base layer: Our compact, sturdy, yet flexible, sound absorbing vinyl backing allows for ease of installation and resilience.

2) Middle layer: The tile’s core, providing strength and stability.

3) Photographic film: Our HD print film provides stunning detail and realism.

4) Wear layer: 20-22 mil embossed crystal wear layer for performance in heavy commercial environments.

5) Polyurethane coating: UV cured polyurethane finish incorporates silver nano antimicrobial treatment that allows for low maintenance and eliminates the use of harsh environmental and IAQ impacting cleaning chemicals.
