pron­ice e-coat is a ver­sa­tile clear ca­thod­ic elec­tro­coat pro­cess on con­duc­tive sub­strates. It de­posits an Acrylic/Ure­thane lac­quer film that has both clar­i­ty and dura­bil­i­ty. It can be ap­plied to most con­duc­tive metal sub­strates ca­thod­i­cal­ly and is suit­able for au­to­mat­ic and man­u­al pro­duc­tion lines. E-coat de­posits an even coat­ing of con­trol­lable film thick­ness free from drips and sags even on com­plex shapes. The ex­cep­tion­al clar­i­ty en­hances the re­flectance and as­pect of the metal sub­strate.
