We specialize in piece wraps for confections and high-barrier laminates. Our products include twist wraps, flow wraps, bag and pouch film, both single web and laminates. Our markets include confections, snack foods, dry foods, coffee, powders, nutrition, and a variety of other applications. Our capabilities include cast film extrusion of CPP and PE, metallizing and de-metallizing, printing, laminating, coating, and slitting. We are proud to be an American manufacturer. All these processes are done under one roof in our facility in Elgin, Illinois, just outside Chicago and thirty minutes from one of the world’s busiest airports, Chicago O’Hare International. We are management owned and operated and have been an independent corporation since 2008. We have been FSSC 22000 certified since May 26, 2014. We also follow GMP and HAACP guidelines. Environmental stewardship is important to Multifilm, and our newly installed Geothermal Process Cooling & HVAC System makes us one of the least energy-consuming converters around. All of our products are FDA approved and completely free of BPA and lead. Our facility follows a zero waste-to-landfill protocol.
