Ltd. VM project - Production Enterprise, which main activity is the production, sale and promotion of innovative types of products from polymer materials . New modern technologies of construction, alternative methods of solving problems with the use of new materials, and constantly growing demand for geosynthetic products, have formed the basis for the creation of industrial base focused on the manufacture of products for the protection of the insulating coating of pipelines during the construction of oil and gas industry. In 2006, the European equipment , designed to meet new engineering solutions of our company , put into production a polymer sheet rock (SLP) on TU2246- 004-56755147-2006 designed to protect the insulated surface of underground pipelines with diameters from 219 mm to 1420 mm . , with a production capacity of up to 1500 tons per year. In 2008, in order to improve the quality of products was carried out modernization of production , which has improved physical and mechanical properties of rock sheet and range. New technical equipment features have made it possible to produce rock sheet and geomembrane with a range of thickness from 0.7 to 5 mm , adapted to different climatic conditions. The total capacity of production has reached 8000 tons per year. By 2010, production and sales of the product reached the level of 11 000 tons of finished products per year. In August 2012, will be completed the installation of the latest equipment, which has no analogues , which allows output based on innovative solutions that significantly reduces the cost of its delivery and installation at construction sites.
