Anti-Corrsion Epoxy Paint

Corrosion resistance of epoxy based nanocomposit can be attributed to the barrier properties of nanoparticles. Epoxy will act as a host while the nanoparticles will act as guest components. Addition of nanoparticles improves the adhesion forces between the epoxy coating and the metal surface. These particles by reducing voids in coating and increasing penetration route for corrosive solution creates a better barrier properties in polymer coatings.
