It is a soluble lubricant for cutting metals at high pressures, based on nano additives of high lubricity. ATOM LUB CUT supports up to 200% more pressure compared to conventional lubricants. Decreases the wear of cutting tools (cutters, burins, cutters, etc.) by at least 20%.
Due to our nano additive immune to decomposition by bacteria, we are able to increase the performance (useful life) of the lubricant by at least 60%. In addition, to eliminate odors and risks of skin irritation in the operators.
Because we eliminate conventional lubricity additives based on sulfates, chlorates and phosphates, ATOM LUB CUT significantly decreases the environmental impact when disposed.
