Containing bioactive, high potency medical grade Manuka honey, MANUKAhd’s custom fiber pad provides a larger super absorbent, cross-linked mesh gelling surface for greater clinical ease and patient comfort with each dressing change. Impregnated with the highest proportion of ManukaMed medical grade honey, MANUKAhd enables swelling and gelling upon contact with exudate and necrotic tissue while lowering pH and reducing/eliminating malodor.  It’s enhanced flexibility at wound bed’s surface negates any need for secondary absorptive dressing.   Clinically demonstrating 50-100% more antibacterial activity than alternative products, MANUKAhd stimulates autolytic debridement in venous ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, press ulcers, arterial and surgical wounds, first and second degree burns and skin tears.
