It is recommended to carry out the first stage of the preparation of masterbatch (concentrate of clay) based on the "binder" in the chemical structure close to the polymer matrix of the final product. clay concentration in the masterbatch should range from 20% to 60%, depending on the process conditions and opportunities. The final clay content in the polymer - from 1% (in some cases 0.1%) to 5%.

The hydrophilic clay MONAMET 1H1 can be used as additives for polymers in order to impart a complex of new properties based materials are widely known polymers, as well as to enhance such properties as physico-mechanical, barrier, reducing the combustibility of materials, increase adhesion to metals and other surfaces, increase stiffness and strength of materials, resistance to radiation and others.
MONAMET 1H1 can be used as functional additives in the following polymers: polyesters, polyamides (PA), epoxy resins and acrylic resins, certain polyacrylates and copolymers of polyolefins (EBA, EMA), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers (EVA); polyolefins (PO) containing in the polymer chain grafted polar functional group (maleated and oksilennye): polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP).
MONAMET 1H1 can be used as an additive in some oligomeric and low molecular weight substances as thickeners (rheology modifiers): oxidised polyethylene wax, the components of epoxy resins, solvents, paints and varnishes and the like
