Printed circuit board (PCB) is a plate of dielectric material on which surface and/or volume electrically conductive circuits of an electronic circuit are formed. PCB is designed for electrical and mechanical connection of various electronic components. Electronic components on PCB are connected with their ends to the conductive pattern elements by usual mounting. RUSALOX produces standard MCPCBs and high thermal conductivity al oxide PCBs.
