ACTA Technology Inc. was started in Boulder, Colorado (2009) as a C type Corporation by Mr. Michael Minard and Dr. Edward Clancy. Michael retired from General Electric after being Executive Vice President and responsible for over $400 million in revenue annually. Mr. Minard has continued to consult with over 60 small businesses through Boulder’s Small Business Development Center(SBDC) including another medical device company. Michael is now on ACTA's Board of Advisors.
