Arry Nano is a professional supplier of a wide variety of nano materials, ranging in quantities from grams to tons, which support your academic research purposes or industrial development. Our representative products are carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and nano elements as well as nano oxides (rare earth, metal, and non-metal). We have done a lot of research and development work in carbon nanotubes synthesis and their applications. Furthermore we have a ten year experience in developing a scalable CVD method to produce high purity single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) with various diameters, narrow diameter distribution and very low purity. We can produce 2,000 grams of SWNTs with purity above 80%, 20kg of MWNTs with a 30-50nm diameter and about 20g of DWNTs per day. In addition, MWNTs with purity above 98wt% can be produced and our production facilities can be enlarged easily.
