Chamgonano is a spinoff technology development and transfer company from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The company has been certificated as a “New Hi-Tech Enterprise” by the Commission of Science and Technology, Beijing Municipal Government. Our company focuses on technical research, production and services in two fields: anti-microbial additives and layered silicate/polymer nanocomposites. We have developed antimicrobial agents and masterbatches for plastics (PP, PE, ABS, HIPS, GPPS, PVC, TPE, PA, PBT, rubber), for chemical fibers (PET, PA, PBT, PP, PE, Acrylate, Viscous), and for paints. Antim® is a trademark for antimicrobial materials and products developed and commercialized by Chamgonano. It includes antimicrobial agents, antimicrobial masterbatches, antimicrobial finishing agents, antimicrobial polyester fibers, antimicrobial polypropylene filaments and staples, antimicrobial ceramics. Vegifre® is the trademark for the series of plastics films and bags which can give exceptional long term freshness for harvest vegetables and fruits, in storage and during shipping/transportation. They provide ideal protection on supermarket displays as well as in restaurant and home refrigeration. Namimer® is the trademark for the series of clay-polymer nanocomposites and their compounding plastics. Nano-PET has improved gas-barrier, thermal resistance, UV shelter and IR reflection. These properties of nano effect promise PET a wider use in plastics beer bottle, engineering plastics, and functional fibers. Gycra® is the trademark for fiber and textile with self-cleaning property.
