Cloudveil Mountain Works started in 1997 by two avid backcountry skiers. Cloudveil was the expression of their love of the outdoors and a drive to build better, more functional apparel. The whole idea started when they were given a pair of stretch woven pants that allowed cooling to circulate, but were constructed from a tough fabrication. From this Cloudveil was born. Today, sticking to the Cloudveil core values, we create functional apparel for everyday life. From our Pearl Washed Cotton, with its super soft hand, great durability and washability, to our new “Dry Inside” technology, which moves moisture to the face of the fabric keeping you dry, Cloudveil is always innovating. Unlike most brands in the industry, we design & make all of our own garments in-house, in our own factories. We believe in keeping things simple and invite you to put our products to the test.
