Crocus Nanoelectronics is a joint venture of Crocus Technology and Rosnano, was established in 2011 to become the manufacturing facility capable to run back of the line processes for 300mm and 200mm manufacturing for 90/65 nm nodes. Crocus Nanoelectronics product list include discrete and embedded MRAM (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory) and magnetic sensors for smart-cards and RFID, industrial electronics, telecommunication, automotive, space applications.
