FORMOSA TAFFETA CO., LTD. (FTC) was established in April 1973. At that time in Taiwan, the textile industry and export trading business was flourishing. The Formosa Chemical and Fiber Co., a member of the Formosa Plastic Group, in conjunction with a selected number of private investors, cooperated together to establish FTC.
