Etched microchannels, bores (TGV), structured metal and dielectric coatings, electronic conductors (electrodes) and optical gratings, for example, are all possible thanks to state-of-the-art semiconductor technology.We have positioned ourselves as a service provider in the field of micro-optics and microtechnology.
