MEIDEN NANOPROCESS INNOVATIONS, INC. (NPI), established on April 2020, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Meidensha Corporation in Japan. NPI supports the development of new Pure Ozone applications, such as room temperature film deposition. Our innovations are based on Pure Ozone technology, which has been cultivated by the MEIDEN Group over 20 years.
