Product designers Charles Churchman and George Strong launched Veraco in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Their first products included a range of certified antimicrobial wraps and door pads, The antimicrobial coating technology used in the products has been independently tested against both antibacterial and antiviral activity in accordance with BS ISO 22196: 2011 (antibacterial) and BS ISO 21702:2019 (antiviral). Veraco supply the NHS and corporate clientele, including Kier and Toyota, with antimicrobial products for use in buildings, to help reduce the spread of bacteria and, as a result, keep patients and employees safe.
