One of the approaches to preserve tomato paste from corruption is the use of antibacterial dishes which in its production nanoparticles are used. The application of these containers is preserving the properties of the intrinsic material as well as preventing the growth of fungi, mold and bacteria. Good antibacterial and antifungal properties are due to the specific surface area increment which is because of the reduction in particle size and as a result increment in reactivity as well as photocatalytic properties and photo-oxidation in contact with chemical and biological components.
