UV Protection

Manufacturer's Description

Sunglasses among people have become part of personality and fashion, while they have a preemptive effect on most ornaments. Sunglasses are not only used to look better in the intense sun, but prevent the harmful rays of the sun from getting into the human eye. The ultraviolet of the sun, or UV, is one of these rays. UV rays have three types of UVA, UVB, UVC wavelengths that UVC rays absorb in the ozone layer and do not reach the ground. The part that is harmful to the eyes is UVB, which causes skin burn and harmful effects on the eyes. Scientists believe that prolonged contact with UVB rays can lead to irreversible diseases such as cataracts, changes in the macula (center of vision), and the Pterygium (conjunctiva) of the eye. UVA is further absorbed by the lens of the eye, causing little damage to the eye, therefore, the rays that should keep an eye out of it is UVB. Glasses should absorb at least 98% of UVB, so it's best not to use non-standard glasses. Because non-standard sunglasses make the pupil open and all the harmful rays of the sun penetrate into the eye. Even on days when the sun is not so intense or even cloudy, the eyes are still at risk because there are ultraviolet rays and eye damage. One of the important features of sunglasses that users will feel comfortable with is passing a large percentage of visible light. In other words, the more visible the light passes through the sunglasses, the user will see better and more. In the present product, using a nano-coating, the light transmittance has increased by more than 98 percent.
