Wash the affected area with sterile water, liquid soap or surgical soap, if necessary debride or perform surgical cleaning with your doctor. Rinse well with sterile water and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of NanoGel on the lesion, the gel must be in contact with the entire affected area (if there are holes or hutches, apply thoroughly by means of punches or swabs). Use gauze and bandage gently.
