Used together with the Stabilizor™ system, the Stabilizor™ Peptide Extraction Kit facilitates differentiation and identification of endogenous peptides from degradative peptide fragments. The kit contains all necessary accessories and solutions to homogenize and extract endogenous peptides prior to LC-MS. A fully tested protocol aims to maximize recovery.

Validated protocol for heat stabilization of tissue samples, sample preparation and recovery of water soluble endogenous peptides prior to LC-MS. Includes Maintainor Tissue cards (12), extraction fluid bottles (3x45mL), spin filters 10kDa (12), tubes (24) and user manual (1). Contains material for heat stabilizing 12 tissue samples.

Denator AB has established a protocol for large-scale analysis of endogenous peptides from heat-stabilized tissue samples. An advanced workflow aims to facilitate the global analysis of endogenous peptides and will be particularly useful when comparing control/diseased/treated or heat-stabilized/non-stabilized samples.
PCF accepts frozen samples for subsequent heat stabilization, peptide extraction and high resolution, nano LC-MS. Data are analyzed using computer software such as Mascot (Matrix Science) for peptide identification and Progenesis (Nonlinear Dynamics) for relative quantification of detected peptides between all samples. Results are delivered as raw data in an Excel file and as a pdf report.
