Our GT-series are our version of  Thermal Interface Material (TIM).  GT-Series provide two axis thermal conducting paths which have a hybrid functionality of TIM and Heatspreader at the same time. Based on the graphene technology behind our signature-GF series, we manage to produce a new line of product that features a very high thermal performance.
