Rear MirrorNanolayers on the mirror surface because of having a smaller size than the wavelength of visible light prevent light scattering. The thickness of nanolayer is less than 100 nm. Use of nanocoating causes a 5% reduction in light reflection. It also shows a strong coating adhesion according to the MIL-C-675 standard test.
Optical Mirrors are designed to reflect light for a variety of applications, including beam steering, interferometry, imaging, or illumination. They are used in a wide range of industries, especially automotive one. Conventional mirrors include undesired scatterings which affect the efficiency of them so that the visibility is reduced. Nano-coating technology improves the performance of such mirrors so that covering the mirror surface by nanolayers minimizes light scattering.
