Facilitating the removal of contaminants

Properties

· Touch control panel · Burner with timer · Containing oven and spit-roasted · Overglazed body Using of nanoparticles in the coatings of gas stove surfaces cause oelophobic properties on the overglazed and glass parts of them. This property facilitates the removal of contaminants. Improvement in the properties of the surfaces has been evaluated by contact angle measurement according to INSO 20030 “Determination of static contact Angle-Test methods”. Its results are as follows: This test result is an indicator of oelophobic properties of the product. In this test, Oleic acid & N-hexane fluids with droplet size of 5 μm is used. The test temperature is 250C.

Oleophobe Contaminant resistant

Manufacturer's Description

A stove is a kitchen appliance designed for the purpose of cooking food. Kitchen stoves rely on the application of direct heat for the cooking process and may also contain an oven. This appliance has two different types: gas or electric stoves. Due to high temperature and continuous exposure of gas stoves with foodstuffs specially oils in cooking process, oily contaminants will be produced on the surface of these appliances. Moreover, according to strong bond between these contaminants and the surface of stoves, it is hard to make these surfaces clean. These contaminants also reduce the beauty of these appliances. This product are gas stoves with oleophobic coatings containing nanoparticles which are applied to facilitate the removing process of contaminants.
