U-SIL products are heat-cured coatings for aluminium, magnesium, stainless steel or titanium in industrial applications.

The most common area of application for U-SIL products is in heat and cooling technology. The automobile industry relies on the services of the technology for heat exchangers, trims, roof rails and turbocharger housings.

U-SIL coatings are available in colourless, coloured transparent and opaque pigment versions.

Basecoat U-Sil 100 is a coating material based on sol-gel technology with small dry film thickness. It`s resistant against a variety of organic
solvent and can be repainted with conventional, color systems (e.g. 2K PUR).
