Manufacturer's Description

NanoBlue: The innovative civil "Water Shield” system for municipal & rural areas
Designed for purification and disinfection of municipal & Rural surface water sources into high-quality purified drinking water.

Ozonation is a water treatment method used for disinfecting pathogens, viruses, yeast, mildew, etc. It can also remove any harmful metals like iron, sulfur, manganese, etc present in the water. This process is considered to be the best-developed method scientifically.

It is recognized as a better method of disinfection when compared to chlorination and is also noted to completely remove the disease-causing pathogens. Furthermore, the process of ozonation works a thousand times faster than any other disinfection processes.

In layman terms, the disinfection of water is defined as removing, deactivating, or killing disease-causing pathogens in water. Over the centuries, the disinfection of water has significantly reduced the number of deaths caused due to waterborne diseases (typhoid, cholera, salmonellosis, etc).

The 18th century was deemed to be an important breakthrough in the history of the disinfection of water. It was after the discovery of cholera that people really understood the importance of treating water before drinking it.

In 1855, the epidemiologist Jon Snow proved that water or rather the contaminants in it are indeed the cause of the fatal disease. Jon Snow successfully treated the contaminated sewage water with chlorine.

After some truly phenomenal discoveries and advancements in technology, the disinfection of water gained traction. In 1908, the use of chlorine as a disinfectant started in the city of Jersey City, USA. Later, every municipal water supply plant was asked to treat water with chlorine or ozone before supplying the water.

Nano Blue is developed by Rite Water Solutions and is an innovative method to purify surface water in both urban and rural areas.  It is powered with the ‘Water Shield’ system to successfully eliminate up to 99.999% pathogenic bacteria, viruses, cysts, as well as lead, mercury, iron, and chlorine.
