Nowadays it is not difficult to replicate different methods to obtain nano copper particles, many universities and technological centers produce enough quantities to carry out investigations or validate applications, however things get complicated when talking about scaling processes, since the known methods they do not allow to take the productions to industrial level.

Nano Process managed to validate a process that today is under industrial secrecy, which allows to produce large volumes of nano particles, maintaining a size smaller than 100nm. In addition to this, it was also possible to disperse and stabilize the particles nano in deionized water, free of solvents and synthetic additives.The validated technology is modular, each module is capable of producing 64 Kg of nano particles of high purity per month, and we can expand the number of modules according to the market requirement.
