Dextran-Coated PrecisionMRX® Nanoparticles

Water soluble, superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles with a core diameter size of 80 nm as measured by DLS (dynamic light scattering) with a PDI (polydispersity index) of < 0.15. Nanoparticle cores are coated with Dextran and carry slightly positive charge (+3 mV to +5 mV). Concentration of iron is 10 mg/mL.
