Detect a single gas or multiple gases with AerNos AerIoT. AerIoT is an IoT enabled nano gas sensor module for monitoring air pollutants, detecting hazardous gases and other e-nose applications. AerIoT is designed to be integrated into third party IoT connected products such as air purifiers, vehicle in-cabin environmental control systems, smart appliances, security systems, drones, smart speakers, factory alert sensing systems, and so much more.
AerIoT is used where hyper-local, granular, minute-by-minute data is needed for automated systems control and when applications require real-time data for alerts and decision making. Since we create a configured product for your use case, your gas detector needs can be achieved efficiently and cost effectively.
AerNos AerN2S technology harnesses novel nanomaterial formulations, synthesis and deposition techniques, nanoengineering, data science and predictive analysis, MEMS sensor design and custom mixed signals electronics to construct breakthrough highly accurate chemiresistive gas sensors. AerN2S nano-hybrid structures offers significant advantages: • Enhanced specificity • Enhanced sensitivity • Ambient temperature operation with no heating component • Ultra-small form factor, enabling a high-density sensor array for simultaneous detection of multiple gases
3mm X 3mm Sensor Element
The sensor element combines a substrate designed for reliable high-volume manufacturing, with a deposited formulation containing AerN2S hybrid nano structures. Each formulation targets a gas or family of gases. The structural sensor component (substrate) is built using a MEMS manufacturing process and forms an unfinished electrical circuit. The deposition of the formulation completes the electrical circuit. When exposed to a gas, changes to electrical characteristics of the circuit are used to detect and measure absolute gas concentrations from ppb to ppm levels depending on your requirements.
Signal Processing and A.I.
The AerN2S platform enables customization of the sensor array to address the needs of specific applications. To provide the highest level of accuracy, our data science team utilizes a combination of supervised learning and metered big data to optimize results.
Easy to Integrate Into Your Product
The AerNos nano gas sensor module is housed in a small package that delivers all the processing and communication required for easy integration into IoT products and includes the ability to have real-time software/firmware upgrades. Results from the AerNos sensor module do not require additional processing.
