NanoPak is NDP’s unique thermally stable polycrystalline product for high temperature wear applications. It is unique in that the conventional bi-modal micron diamond distribution has been replaced with a tri-modal distribution, in which the finest diamond component is in the range of 80-200 nanometres. This allows maximum diamond packing density to be achieved whilst reinforcing the softer SiC binder phase.
