Applications

Employing a "light-catalyst" or photocatalyst, will kick start oxidation so any germs, oils, fumes, smells, or even little algae spores which land on a surface near the photocatalyst will be "burned off" in a few minutes. Any exterior building surface we wish to keep clean needs to receive a little light and be coated with a photocatalyst. Gens Nano TiO2 coating (Titanium Dioxide) photocatalyst nano-coating destroys viruses, bacteria, odor, harmful gases (VOC's), allergens, air / water pollutants and protects treated surfaces against growth of algae, fungus and mold.
