CETOSIL products are available for roll, spray and flood application. The coatings can be cured either by UV light or electron irradiation.

1. Micro hardness, storage modulus and temperature resistance are increased, 2. Scratch, abrasion and chemical resistance are improved, 3. Transparency and gloss of the coating are not affected by the nano-sized filler

This surface organophilation enables the incorporation of up to 30 w% silica into the acrylate matrix without causing an unacceptable increase in viscosity and abrasivity. In addition, the formation of an oligosiloxane shell induces a deagglomeration of the silica particles into native nanosized aggregates.
