4600nm QCL is mounted on an industry standard CS-Mount. This device is specified for both pulsed and CW modes of operation. External heat sink is required and this QCL Laser is conductively cooled. Package dimensions (approx) are specified at: 25 x 25 x 10 mm. No front facet coating, back facet HR coating. Maximum current is specified as 1.21 Amps with a maximum voltage of 13.9V.
