5260nm QCL is a quantum cascade laser in a thermo-electrically cooled high heat load package. This device is sealed in a nitrogen-purged atmosphere. External heat sink still required. Package dimensions (approx) are specified at: 1.75 x 1.25 x 0.72 inches (excluding pins). Operation mode is specified as CW.
