CW Operation mode

9000nm QCL is a Fabry-Perot laser in an HHL package with integrated TEC cooler. This device requires external heat sinking, and is sealed in a nitrogen-purged atmosphere. Operating temperature is specified at 15 degrees Celsius. Maximum optical output power is specified at 587mW CW. Package dimensions (approx) are specified at: 1.75 x 1.25 x 0.72 inches (excluding pins). Operation mode is specified as CW.
