Alvan Nanosil is based on nano-scale silane/siloxane. This product is used as a water repellent coating for impregnating and use as a sealer for mineral and highly alkaline substrates. By applying the waterproof and stain resistant coating, the surface becomes hydrophobic but still breathable. This product creates hydrophobic property in porous and absorbent mineral surfaces used in the construction industry, artworks and antiquities.This product can penetrate deep into the internal pores and cause chemical reactions due to its nano-sized molecular structure. As a result، hydrophobic conditions and water penetration resistance are achieved without visible creation of any surface films.
