NANOSENSORS PtSi-FM probes are suitable for C-AFM, Tunneling AFM and Scanning Capacitance Microscopy (SCM).The Platinum Silicide coating shows an excellent conductivity (almost approaching metal conductivity). The typical tip radius of curvature is around 25 nm.
