Old el Paso Taco Seasoning Mix

This product was labeled as containing "Anti caking agent (551)". The E551 food designation represents SiO2. Particles in the nanoscale range were observed by TEM and point analysis usind EDX of the particles indicated they contained silica and oxygen, and is probably SiO2.

Salt, maltodextrin, dried chili pepper, corn starch, paprika. Contains less than 2% of: sugar, citric acid, red pepper, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, natural flavor, silicon dioxide (anticaking agent), yeast extract, ethoxyquin (preservative).
