Dickinson’s Coconut Curd had the highest concentration of Ti in any food at 3.59 μg/mg. The rest of the Ti concentrations spanned 5 orders of magnitude, from 0.00077 to 210 μg Ti/mg product (Table SI.1, Supporting Information). Some foods had levels below the ICP-MS detection limit.
