We provide a wide range of IFA products in detecting ANA, ANCA, AKA, dsDNA and Liver autoantibodies. IFA products contain high quality components and reagents that ensure excellent reproducibility and ease of use, and provide ideal morphology, discrete and clear results. Our cell culture and tissue section slides are available in both double and multiple substrates COMVI formats.Both patient samples and control sera are added onto the slide. During incubation, the antibodies present in sera will specifically bind to target antigens. A secondary anti-human IgG antibody, conjugated with a fluorophore, recognizes and binds to the primary antibody. The attached fluorophore is then detected through fluorescent microscopy.
