Renewable Energies Power TransmissionCable
Hitachi Cable America utilizes Corning Optical Fiber as its standard fiber for OM2, OM3, OM4, OM5 and OS2 constructions. REACH & RoHS 2 compliant. Made in USA. All multimode, and singlemode cables (except OM1) utilize bend-insensitive optical fibers. LSHF (Low Smoke Halogen Free) rating provided by UL. LSHF testing includes IEC 61034-2 (UL), IEC 60754 1 & 2 (UL). Additional IEC test 60332-3-24 performed by HCA to ensure performance to industry standards. Small, lightweight construction suitable for installations where space is at a premium For OM3 and OM4 cables, typical maximum attenuation is less than indicated in the Optical Specifications. For customers needing a maximum attenuation value of 2.8, please contact HCA OS2 glass is compliant to ITU-T G.657.A1 Ideal for MPO (MTP®) style connectors Each fiber is color coded for easy identification Flexible and easy to handle OFNR rating provided by UL Both 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm subunit tubes available
NanoCore™ Single-Jacket Micro Distribution offers 250 micron fiber optic strands in a loose tube design allowing for a higher fiber strand count in a very small overall diameter cable. Each fiber strand is color coded for easy identification. The cable is flexible and easy to handle and uses lightweight, flexible aramid yarns to enhance strength. Subunits with 12 strands are only 2mm in diameter. NanoCore™ Interconnect Micro Distribution cable is ideal for MPO (MTP®) style connectors where higher data rates are desired. Supported applications include gigabit, 10 gigabit and 40 gigabit Ethernet. Made in USA. Hitachi Cable America is proud to utilize Corning Optical Fiber as our standard optic fiber.
