EF260 – Electro-Fence™ Intermediate Insulator

Our Electro-Fence™ intermediate insulators are made from high density polyethylene and have been designed for minimum contact with the fence wires to keeping capacitive losses to a minimum. They are self-cleaning and are fitted with a water barrier to prevent tracking. These insulators are attached to the Electro-Fence™ post with a stainless steel split pin or alternatively with a blind pop rivet.
These intermediate electric fence insulators are sometimes referred to as Donut insulators. This is because of their circular shape with the hole through which the wire passes. A simple but clever design and a great culinary analogy that makes them easy to remember!
