ZUB-TERMO

ZUB-TERMO is an external versatile heat and water insulation coating of pipes and piping details in combination with concrete (ballasting) or protective composite coating which is used for heat and water insulation of pipelines. ZUB-TERMO is used for construction, reconstruction and repair of pipelines (including main pipelines), product, field and process pipelines of fuel and energy complex, oil&gas and chemical industry, Housing services facilities. Pipes and piping details (bends, T-bends etc. (steel, polymeric, composite)) with ZUB-TERMO are used for pipelaying at marine shelfs and river crossings, at wet grounds and marshy lands, weak and frozen soil; for underground and above-ground pipelaying (including HDD) im mountain, city and special conditions with exlusive requirements to industrial and environmental safety, demaning complex protection. ZUB-TERMO provides ballasting (weighting) and effective comlex protection of pipelines from mechanical impacts, redistributes and reduces external multidirectional loads on heat and water insulated pipeline. Pipes with ZUB-TERMO can be fitted with electro-chemical protection elements (bracelet prtector, cathode lead), monitoring and warning systems (markers, indicators, cables and so on).
