The specificity is not less than 95% for rifampin - and over 80% for isoniazid-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains. The sensitivity of not less than 500 genome equivalents mycobacteria (100-300 CFU in 1 ml sputum). Analysis time is less than 1 day.

"A set of reagents for the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and to determine their drug sensitivity to rifampicin and isoniazid by hybridization on a biological microchip (TB-biochip-1)" is intended to determine the causative agent of tuberculosis resistance to rifampicin and isoniazid, and is designed for the study of 100 biological samples (registration certificate of Federal service on surveillance in healthcare and social development of number FSR2011 / 10088 from 03.02.2011g.).
