Metalen SCP 1050

METALEN SCP 1050 masterbatch is used in the production of Metalen PE1 and Metalen PE21 anti-corrosion coating. LDPE or LLDPE polymer matrix, SRF carbon black. The actual filter test value is within 4 bar/gram screen DIN 3, which allows preserving high physico-mechanical properties when dyeing compounds. The material is also used to dye films thinner than 6 μm. The carbon black's sulfur content is 0.032 %, meeting the specified parameters required to dye PE 100.
