Tiss®-NH2 is a nonwoven nanofibre membrane made by electrospinning with a very high specific surface. Tiss®-NH2 are produced with different concentrations of –NH2 groups and a high degree of biocompatibility, which is important for decreasing background in biological assays and in preventing denaturation on immobilised biomolecule. Tiss®-NH2 is highly versatile and especially recommended to act as support for all the applications that require a covalent immobilisation of biomolecules including RIA (radioimmunoassay), immunoassay (ELISA kits, lateral flow test strips, etc...) and DNA flow.
