Baspar Pishrafteh Sharif Company (B P Sharif Co.), has been founded by a few graduated students from Sharif University of Technology and other top rank universities in Iran. B. P. Sharif Co. intended to introduce advanced active functional polymers into various industries especially food packaging industries to reduce food waste in supply chain as well as final consumer chain. Utilizing active functional polymers causes an added value to the products. Our goals is aligned with the food waste reduction strategy of the world. The food waste reduction is due to the usage of active shelf-life extender packaging/bags for foods and fresh produces. The active functional masterbatches causes an added value to the polymeric final products via introduction of effective properties into the product along with ease of processing and low cost. These masterbatches can be used in various industries such as automotive, spunbond/spunlace fabrics. B. P.
